kget seems to not follows proxy settings.
Every time I try to download a file with kget it instantly receive the
"delayed" status.
The proxy server (authenticated squid) do not receive the requisition from
kget.
I don't know if there's any relation with bug 155707, but all other
applications are working well with the auth proxy, except kget...
