Hi!

I'm having problems with downloading large files. I know I had this problem
already quite some time ago. Don't know whether it was already fixed once or if
I just didn't download anything large in the last time(which is very likely
with my slow call-by-call connection). However I tried to download a bunch of
files yesterday from which some were larger than 10MB. It started downloading
and got till maybe 40%. Then the progress dialog stopped and showed "stalled".
But in the background the file got still downloaded until it was finished. But
the kio subsystem somehow didn't notice. So neither the dialog went away(if I
downloaded just one file) nor did'it continue with the next in the queue. I
think it didn't hang with small files. This makes using konqy as ftp client a
real pain! I consider this a real showstopper, if it's not just a problem of my
setup. Something that might be relevant it that I was always behind a firewall
when I had this problem(but again maybe I just didn't try downloading large
files with a direct connection).
I know this might not be very helpful. I will try to recompile it at work with
debug output enabled, so that I get maybe some useful debug output. My source
are about a week old, probably less.

Does this issue ring a bell for anyone? Can anyone confirm this behavior?
