I enabled offline browsing in Konqueror setup. After that no web sites were reachable \
that I had not already been to (I had to fill this out in Mozilla !).

So I tried to disable it but the radio button does not respond.  (As in, when you \
click on it it  does nothing.)

I just fixed it by hitting 'use defaults'.

Now to report the 150,000 or so other bugs...(sigh).
