This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with.
If this is not the case it is now your responsibility to reopen the
bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

When you open a window in the background with Shift-MMB,
the f=EErst window loses its focus, and the window opened on the=20
background gets it.
IMHO the focus should stay on the first (main) window, and should not=20
go the the background-window.
