Your message with subj: Modifying the host name in the cookie configuration

Hello,

it is possible (apparently since quite some time) to change the host name in
the cookie configuration dialog after pressing on the 'Change' button; this
means that it's not necessary to dim the input line.

Severity: wishlist

(Originally submitted to the Debian BTS by Andr\351 Dahlqvist <anedah-9@sm.luth.se> \
as Bug#81836)

(--- This is the original bug report... ---)

The easiest way to describe this bug is by step-by-step instructions for
reproducing it:

1) Start KDE Control Center and go to Web Browsing --> Cookies

2) Add a host to the box under Domain Specific Policies, the policy choice
   doesn't matter.

3) Once the host has been added, click on it and press the "Change..." button.

4) Try to change the contents in the "Host Name:" edit box.

Result: The contents in the edit box seams to be read-only, although it is not
        dimmed out (and shouldn't be)

(--- And after some discussion ---)

I changed his point of view... :) Thus the wishlist...he would like to
see the hostname field be dimmed out so as to show a read-only status.

Ivan
