Hi Malte,

Simply create a services file and install it in the services directory.  Looking
at the entry for tar.protocol, it would seem that the services file is going to
be something like as follows:

[Protocol]
exec=kio_tar
protocol=tar
mimetype=application/x-webarchive
input=filesystem
output=filesystem
listing=Name,Type,Size,Date,Access,Owner,Group,Link
reading=true
source=true


The only thing I am not sure about is whether two separate mime-types could
be tied to the same protocol= entry.  David ?
