The standard suggests tooltips for title attributes. KHTML did that once, but
doesn't anymore(?)
I can understand the point that some(or many)times alt-tooltips are just
annoying, but other times people put rather useful information into them (as
opposed to foo.jpg (231432 bytes) as frontpage does by default :) but don't
add a title attribute, which is almost unknown about and only handled by IE
AFAIK.
I'd still be for adding it...
