When trying to download a file from hotmail.com the save dialog only offers to save \
the link. Holding shift makes no difference. 

To recreate this create an account and send an email attachement then try to download \
this. 

The problem could be caused by the fact that I think the button to download is a link \
to a javascript function not to a file, becuase of this I believe konqueror doesn't \
process the link correctly but I might be misled.
