Hi all

For rendering reasons there's this -KONQBLOCK in the DOM. The problem I'm
having is that I don't know how to express it's semantic in HTML so I can
stream it out to HTML.

E.G.: http://network.ucomm.wayne.edu/left_side.php ('public')

What would be an equivalent in HTML?
