I've seen two similar bug reports,

#24082
but since my observations are a bit different from what they see I thought I'd \
mention it. When opening http://www.sueddeutsche.de I can't see the content in the \
center frame, just a few banner ads on the top and a grey background. but a long \
vertical scrollbar is visible. If I scroll down I can see everything rendered quite \
reasonably except for what remains visible of the topmost screenful. Of this only the \
few lowest lines of pixels get drawn over and over when I scroll. How much gets drawn \
depends on how fast I scroll. When I scroll back up the lower end of waht wasn't \
reasonably drawn (IOW: the same as when srolling down) gets drawn over and over as \
well. This part usually has pictures in it so this might be part of the problem, but \
OTOH there are quite a few pictures on the page. If I put another window in the \
foreground and switch back to this (not other) konqueror windows the website portion \
doesn't get refreshed so I still see part of the old window. Konqueror stays stable \
though.

This was quite confusing but I hope you know what I mean.
