From: heikki@lsd.dk

Package: khtml
Version: 3.0 (using KDE 2.1.1 )
Severity: normal
Installed from: Debian Package 4:2.1.1-0.potato4 (2.2)
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.2 20000220 (Debian GNU/Linux)
OS: Linux 2.4.3 i686
OS/Compiler notes:

When you click on a link, Konq shows a dotted border around it for a while. When the \
link text spans multiple lines, the dotted frame is misplaced. It has the right \
shape, but is aligned to the start of the link, not to its leftmost pojnt.

Easy to duplicate by visitng slahdot and narrowing the screen so that a link ends up \
starting near the end of a text line, and then clicking on it.
