Bad solution, such a field wouldn't get translated.
If the Name or the Comment field has a nice description we can use it,
otherwise it has to come from an i18n in the code.
Stephan isn't going to make an exception to allow X-KDE-BrowserView-Caption
to be translatable in .desktop files ;-))
