sorry, The problem is with konqueror with kde2.1 . 

When I use proxy and use ftp in intranet with no proxy setting , it just do nothing(Don't think I couldn't do correct setting). And keep on sending request for ever(the wheel keeps on moving).I uses binary so I can't give debug output.
