Two issues:

The CSS background tag is not being followed properly. On \
http://network.ucomm.wayne.edu, the green background on the left frame should go to \
the very bottom of the page.

There is a strange <td> wrap problem. When the right frame is viewed, the two lines \
"View Traffic Over The Merit Link" and "View Daily Statistics For All Routers" are \
wrapped (ie, take up more than one line). When you click on one of the links and then \
press the "back" button, they are no longer wrapped.
