This is not a bug, but an inconsistency between KControl's and Konqueror's \
File Manager font size settings.

For instance, I can set font size for File Manager in KControl's Look & \
Feel panel to any desired size. However, when I start Konqueror's File \
Manager Configuration panel I can only choose between small, medium and \
large font sizes. If I apply some (non-font) changes in that panel (for \
instance, I turn off link underlining) and apply them, Konqueror will \
change the font size I set in the KControl to some of the three predefined \
sizes. To fix that, I must return to KControl's Look & Feel Font panel and \
customise again the File Manager's font size value.
