I did not try this, maybe it is even already implemented, please bear

I thought it would be cool, if the KIO-UIserver was enhanced to do two
more things:

1. If there are downloads running when I'm logging out of KDE, move them
into the background to complete them (a la lftp). On login show a status
window about completed, aborted, running d/l.
2. When an operation is selected in UIserver, make it possible to
configure some things: Retry{,Interval}, Timeout, etc.
