I can confirm that the bug description is exactly the same with me.  Infact 
If I had written this bug report first, It would have read almost word for 
word the same.  I have observed this behavior for all versions of KDE 2.x 
from the pre-beta's to 2.0 and also 2.1 and now the stable release.
