When acessing the 

http://cgi.dnai.com/~fillmore/cgi-bin/sviewer.pl

page I am unable to save the cartoon using the "save image as" option. After the the \
"Save Image As" dialog the following error occurs:

does not exist

This error does not occur with Mozilla or Opera
