This is not entirely true: HTML 4.0 named characters _are_ partly
recognized (e.g. Greek letters are displayed correctly in Greek cp1253
encoding), but they do not show up in latin-1 encoding. But the purpose
of HTML named characters is that you can use them in _any_ charset.

The result:

crimson (#dc143c)
indigo (#4b0082)

are not recognized. Because they are the only ones from the long, long
list of colour names, it could well be some kind of typo in the
translation table.
