Subject:    Minor bug in konqueror proxy setting in control panel?

Hi, the port number in the proxy settings part of the konqueror control panel 
seems to default to 1 rather than a more useful value. I was going to submit 
a patch for a default value of 80, but on IRC, others seemed to disagree 
about this being a good default.

So, perhaps someone who really knows what the appropriate value could put in 
a better default?
