OK, it's no longer--consistently--in Beta2, but it still shows up here
(beta2) if you quickly move the pointer over a set of a few links in
<li><a href></a></li> format. It shows up for a link or two, then
vanishes if you move to the next link. I can probably arrange a
screenshot if someone wants it and I can send you the file with which I
see it.
