Subject: Certain things being rendered in the wrong place
From: dgwatson@kent.edu

Package: khtml
Version: 3.0 (KDE 2.1 Beta 2)
Severity: normal
Installed from: Debian Sid latest packages
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.3 20010111 (prerelease)
OS: Linux 2.4.1-pre9 i686 (Debian Package 4:2.1-beta2-3 (testing/unstable))

Sometimes certain objects (most often banner ads that are
supposed to be at the bottom of the page on dilbert.com,
most recently a set of radio buttons for a poll on
kuro5hin.org) are rendered "too soon" - that is, much too
high on the page, since they are supposed to be on a
section of the page that is not currently visible.

As soon as you scroll down to where the object is supposed
to go, it pops to where it's supposed to be.
