Bug closed. Please send message to www.msnbc.com webmaster, and ask him to rework menues from ActiveX to JavaScript. (for Netscape on Windows 98, MS suggests to download plugin, which allows displaying ActiveX elements) So, this page is really Windows platform-specific.
