With which kdegraphics progr= ams=20 > should the tiff file be associated? Hmm, I was thinking about kview, but I was wrong, it doesn't handle tiff. In fact there is a kimgio module for tiff (G3), but it doesn't manage to = convert the image : pixie: KImageIO: readImage() format =3D G3 QImage::convertDepth: Image is a null image =20 so I guess no KDE program is able to handle TIFF at the moment. > STILL the problem stays there if someone opens the tiff file explicitly= with=20 > konqueror by typing it in the Open with dialog. Ok, I added a check for that, and stopped the process with a message box = saying "There appears to be a misconfiguration. You have associated konqueror with , but it can't handle this file type." --=20 David FAURE, david@mandrakesoft.com, faure@kde.org http://www.mandrakesoft.com/~david/, http://www.konqueror.org/ KDE, Making The Future of Computing Available Today See http://www.kde.org/kde1-and-kde2.html for how to set up KDE 2
