It occurs to me that the "Application manuals" subtree should be in the same
order as the "K" menu (alphabetically) since its layout mimics that menu.

But more importantly, the "Development" subtree is missing (kbabel, kdevelop)
and since i can't get kdevelop to run on my system, i have no way of
getting at the KDE API docs.
