When I print from Konqueror, I have to set the paper
size setting in the dialog from A4 to Letter each time
I print. The print settings in the dialog don't
persist, that is, when I change the paper size setting
in the dialog from A4 to Letter, or change the print
order setting from "First page first" to "Last page
first", these settings aren't kept for the next time
the print dialog shows up; they go back to A4 and
"Last page first" the next time I pop up the print
dialog.
