When scrolling, the content is first moved, leaving some white space on which the new content is rendered.
This is very annoying when the background color isn't white (e.g. apps.kde.com).
If the rendering would happen before the moving, I think it would look a lot nicer (if that is possible of course), or maybe you could render a little bit too much and buffer it.
