 Konqueror 1.9.3 (Using KDE 1.92 Beta >= 20000720)
 Linux Mandrake 7.0 (Kernel 2.2.14-15mdk)
 Memory: 128MB

After selecting "Send" button in "Report a Bug" dialog, dialog itself
 crashed. So I was not able to send you bug from that dialog.
I suggest that severity for this is "CRITICAL"
Let me know if I should send this mail to some other adrress as well.
