I don't understand this bug report. Can you describe a bit more ?

I select a text file in the icon view, 'Edit' contains no 'Open With'
entry - well, maybe that's missing - but if I _open_ the file
(and it gets embedded into konqueror), then I get Edit / Open With xyz (different editors).
From the icon view, RMB indeed gives a choice of editors. Where's the bug exactly ?

Or maybe this is related to the "open directory in new windows" setting ?
