Oh, and it doesn't show up if you don't install Netscape, of course.
So it's nothing "hardcoded" in konqueror. It's just giving choice among
the various services installed for a given task (here displaying HTML).
People that want a 100% KDE environment simply don't install Netscape
and the "open-with" entry won't be there.
