When I use ark and select "view" for a unregistered file,
then appear "Open with" dialog.

  First, if I move mouse cursor over "Applications", cursor remain 
arrow. I give clic and "Applications" is focused but not
selected (I mean is not blue, but surrounding rectangle is).
After more clicks "hand" cursor appear and I can open "Applications"
to select "kedit"
