Currently no timeouts are implemented for either a HEAD or a GET to my 
knowledge. If the server doesn't respond you can either wait (till eternity) 
or cancel the job. 

Loading a new page or pressing "stop" should cancel all jobs still active.

If you think a timeout is needed, we could implement that, but it will 
probably have to be quite long to give slow servers a chance. (E.g. 2 min? 1 
min?)
