Applies to snapshot of 19-03-2000:

At some sites, konqueror does not fill out the background (some parts of the 
background remain grey, see http://www.cjd.de for example). However, this
bug seems to come along with other rendering errors (in this case, the graphic
should be positioned in absolute middle)
