Indeed.
I've started looking into this one, but since it's not supposed to fail
(but to create foo%2f%2fbar, which then appears as foo//bar), it needs
fixes in the core stuff (namely kiojob and/or kurl).

konqueror doesn't call the mkdir binary !
man 1 mkdir --> binary
man 2 mkdir --> system call
:)
