Hmmm, since this is in ~/.kde/ this seems very unlikely.
It would mean the same user, logged on two different machines, downloading
(for viewing/editing)
a file with the same name, and being given the same kfmexec pid on the two
machines...
But this is computing. Nothing's impossible :-)
