Package: KFM
Version: 1.166

Try the following:
Open up KFM, entire the location to be /opt/kde/share/applnk or
/opt/kde/share/mimelnk (it only happens with those two directories), now
click the "Up" button in the toolbar (or right click and select Up),
you'll notice that it has dumped you to ~/.kde/share when it really
should be /opt/kde/share

I am using the CVS snapshot from Feb 2, 1999
