Subject: Bug#2153: Saving images from the web in KFM (and Browser)

Package: kfm
Version: 1.167.2.11
Severity: wishlist
I was showing off kfm to a friend today, and when I downloaded a file
by dragging it from a web page to a file window, she immediately said
"Can you download images by dragging them too?"
Well how about it? It doesn't seem such a bad idea to me.
Incidentally there is no real way of saving images in KFM - in
Netscape you can right-click on them and choose "Save image as", but
not in KFM. (Dragging images would probably go one up on it!)
One problem I can think of is what happens if you have an image that
is also a link. Which gets dragged - the link or the image? Ooops.
Maybe Ctrl-drag or something?
Best wishes,
