Hi,

The progressbar in Konqueror always shows the text '0%' when there
is no activity. IMO if there is no activity, there should be no 
text in the progressbar, since the text suggests there is activity.
What would be the best way to fix this? Modifying KProgress (setActive,
isActive), or just do this in Konqueror.
