This has been reported again, (the image cache growing for ever, 
known problem in KDE-1.1, fixed in KDE-2 with QCache & KPixmapCache)
by a user which was so unpleased about it, that he asked for a way to
disable the
cache of images in X memory, or a way to flush the cache.
Do you think either of this is possible ?
I can't think when I don't have kfm sources at hand ;)
