Is it just me or has file-completion with 'tab' in the Alt-F2 miniCLI
been broken recently?

It used to do file-name completion, now it just expands the entered
path. 

E.g. "~/.k" is expanded to "file:/~/.k" instead of
"file:/home/bastian/.k" and instead of "file:/home/bastian/.kde/"
