Hi Lars.

I agree with you, but I'm afraid of the number of pages this would break.
http://www.ypeu.net, for instance, (after selecting a language)
displays "&nbsp" all over the pages.

(I wrote to that site, BTW.)

I'm afraid more pages use broken entities than links containing a query part...
