Ah, this is why Apache is buggy with files named .htm (remember the bug
reported on kde-devel about that?).
If the file starts with some spaces and have a lot of 'the' in it, it's
viewed as text/english instead of text/html...

This whole magic stuff is somewhat... broken concerning HTML files.
It should really be possible to do [ \t]*<HTML> ...
