khtml shuld be able to handle it. It's difficult to test at the moment though,
since forms are horribly broken there...

In principle yes. One argument speaking for them is perhaps, that neither the
<form> nor the  <input type=hidden ...> tags produce any visible output. So in
principle they don't disturb the table stuff. But I agree, it's bad HTML.

Yes. At least we should wait 'till after 1.1 with fixing (or better working
around) it.
