Really? Is ther any other WM such smart as KWM ? :-))

MATTHIAS:

Try this:
Start emacs. Let it cover the left half of your screen.
Kill kfm
start kfm again with kfm -d

This causes my complete X11 to crash.

It does not happen if emacs is minimized.

I think it is a KWM bug.
