Hi guys!

I made yesterday some changes on kfm-0.8.1. 
- I replaced all printf with debugT (I like sed)
 and declared this macro in debug.cpp. If you like
 to have Torben's debug infos, edit config-kfm.h!
- I removed some warnings about unused parameters...
- I added the code for encoding/decoding in the file
 protocol. But there are left many many places, where
 such things have to be done too. I will look at this
 later. For now, the minimum stuff works.
- I updated the whole autoconf stuff, since the version
 within kfm is out of kdelibs-0.7 or something.

I will upload this version ASAP, but I have a little 
problem with my floppy. Torben said, he made only some
changes within kioslave, so I left kioslave untouched.
I've only changed the printf thing within it, but this
happed automaticly.
