Hi,

I have separated parse() and calcSize() and it seems to be
working quite well.  Problem is I made my changes on an
old version (kfm-0.7.4 and khtmlw-0.7.0) and there are many
bugs which make it difficult to test thoroughly.

Where can I get the latest kfm and khtmlw.
