Hi,
I'm new to KDE development and I want to add case insensitive path completion to KDE \
as a whole, I started with dolphin for now and I'll look into other components later.

I'd like guidance or pointers to help me so that my patch is included in KDE upstream \
when it's done.

So I'd like to know whether it should be configurable or not, if yes then should it \
be configurable for dolphin only or for KUrlNavigator.
