I saw the same behavior as the op briefly last week. Subsequent svn updates 
have solved the problem for me.

However, I clicked the "next" link in your test case, which displayed a custom 
404 page and promptly locked up my machine hard. Only a reboot would get it 
back to life. I dare anyone to try and reproduce it :-)
