Hmm, kreadconfig would only be like parsing the config without having to care 
about the file location.

You could use kfmclient copy URL tmpfile to download the webpage and parse it 
locally or use kioexec like
kioexec cat URL | yourprogram
or
kioexec yourprogram URL
