I changed the default value how it was discussed.

We can also use imwheel to get this function. Some people can also use 
KHotKeys. But I don't want to use KHotKeys because I don't want to find out 
how KHotKeys work. And I think the normal user also don't want to use a very 
complicated possibility to get this function. They want to make one click to 
activate this function.
